This agreement regulates the collection, processing, storage, protection, and confidentiality of personal data obtained from customers in the scope of services provided by Hoostle.
2.1. Hoostle collects only the personal data necessary for providing services.
2.2. Collected information may include:
Full name, company name
Contact details (email, phone, address)
Payment details (bank account/IBAN, credit card details – processed only through authorized payment providers)
IP address, browser details, usage history
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Provision and management of services
Billing and accounting
Customer support services
Fulfillment of legal obligations
Fraud prevention and abuse control
4.1. Personal data is retained during the service period and for the duration required by law.
4.2. After this period, data is securely destroyed.

Customers have the right, in accordance with applicable laws, to:

Object to data processing activities
Requests must be submitted in writing to help@hoostle.com.
Hoostle commits to keeping customer personal data confidential and processing it solely for the purposes set out in this agreement.
