1. Parties
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Hoostle (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any individual or entity (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) purchasing services via www.hoostle.com.
2. Subject
This Agreement governs the Customer’s purchase of hosting, domain registration, server rental, website setup, and other digital services from Hoostle via bank transfer or online credit card payment.
3. Scope of Services
3.1. Services provided include:

Domain registration and management
-
Web hosting packages
-
Virtual or dedicated server rental
-
Website setup and design services
-
Additional digital services (SSL certificates, email hosting, etc.)
3.2. Service details, delivery times, and prices are specified on hoostle.com.
3.3. Services are activated after payment confirmation.
4. Payment and Invoicing
4.1. Payment can be made via bank transfer/EFT or online credit card.
4.2. All services are prepaid and will not be activated without payment.
4.3. Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the Customer’s provided email address.
5. Refund and Right of Withdrawal
5.1. Domain registration, SSL certificates, licenses, and other third-party dependent digital services are non-refundable once activated.
5.2. Refund conditions for hosting, server, and other time-based services are stated in Hoostle’s Refund Policy.
5.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to non-consumer (business/corporate) Customers.
6. Customer Obligations
6.1. The Customer agrees to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
6.2. Hoostle reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

Spam or unsolicited bulk messages

Hosting illegal or prohibited content

Copyright infringement

Security threats or abuse of resources
6.3. The Customer is responsible for keeping their contact and billing details accurate and up to date.
7. Service Provider Rights
7.1. Hoostle reserves the right to change prices and promotions without prior notice.
7.2. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
7.3. We may suspend or terminate services in case of policy violations.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Hoostle is not responsible for any data loss caused by the Customer’s actions or negligence.
8.2. In case of downtime, data loss, or malfunction, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1. Customer data is processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9.2. We do not share personal information with third parties except where legally required.
10. Acceptance
By placing an order via hoostle.com, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
